Your Role
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will:
- Answer customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
- Help customers with their questions and concerns about our products and services.
- Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
- Work with the team to improve our customer service process.
