Customer Service Specialist

Your Role

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues.
- Process orders and handle returns or exchanges.
- Document customer interactions in our system for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to improve our service processes.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and company policies.
