As an Omni Work From Home Specialist, you’ll play a key role in our team. You’ll be responsible for helping our customers, providing support, and making sure everyone’s experience with us is excellent.

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, and chat.
• Help solve problems and ensure that our customers are taken care of.
• Work on additional tasks and projects as needed.
