Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via email and chat.
  • Provide onboarding assistance to new clients.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with the product team to improve our offerings.
  • Train clients on how to use our products effectively.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone friendly and dedicated. You should be a good listener who enjoys helping others. Here’s what you need:

  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Ability to solve problems and think on your feet.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
