Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting members with inquiries, claims, and benefits information through phone, email, or chat communication channels.
- Resolve member issues efficiently by identifying problems, providing clear solutions, and escalating complex cases as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of member interactions, claims, and resolutions using Microsoft Office tools and internal databases.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to ensure members receive timely and accurate information to support their health and wellness journey.

Qualifications & Skills
