As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You will help them with their queries and ensure they have a great experience with our services. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
  • Troubleshooting customer issues and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Documenting customer interactions and feedback.
  • Assisting in various administrative tasks as needed.
