• Document customer interactions accurately in our support system.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues.
• Provide feedback to improve processes and service.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone who loves helping others and has strong communication skills. You should enjoy problem-solving and be comfortable working with technology.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with CRM software or similar systems is a plus.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
