  • Utilise CRM software such as Zendesk or Salesforce to log interactions, track issues, and follow up efficiently.
  • Identify common challenges and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on customer trends and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold company standards.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable customer service skills with experience in live chat agent or related roles.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute to maintain efficient communication.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, ideally Zendesk or Salesforce.
